All chaperones and staff should carpool/rideshare and must register for a vehicle pass online for the 11:30am entry time. Offsite Parking is being offered by Suncoast Community Church and Charter School, 8000 Hawkins Road, Sarasota FL 34241. Park in the main parking area, not near the buildings. Any parent or student who does not wish to attend the ceremony, however wants to join other volunteers to lay wreaths may register for the 1pm General Volunteer time frame. The link to register for this time frame is:
Family First rotations are available in the morning hours for those who have a family member interred at Sarasota and wish to personally lay their wreath, then leave the cemetery. The link to review Family FIrst Rotations and register for a Vehicle Pass is:
