Programs and Events

For nearly 20 years, the Parent Teacher Cadet Council (PTCC) has been instrumental in helping SMA's mission by supporting and enhancing the academic, social and personal growth of our cadets. In addition to raising funds to help support our cadets and our school, the PTCC is so much more! Here are a few of the programs we support.

100% of ALL funds raised are given BACK to cadets, classrooms, extra-curricular activities and clubs through grants and sponsorship opportunities. That's right - ALL funds raised stays on campus!!

Help us reward our cadets for their hard work during the 1st Quarter of the school year!

Candy for Cadets

During lunchtime, PTCC will be hosting Candy for Cadets! This festive event will include music, a chance drawing and treat bags for every cadet.
We would like to involve our parents by asking for donations of:
  • pre-packaged, individually wrapped candy or salty snacks (mini size or fun size. 50ct.+ packages are preferable as we have nearly 700 cadets to reward!)
  • donations of $5 Starbucks, Dunkin, etc. gift cards for a chance drawing during lunch time.

There will be a plastic bin in the front office for you or your cadet to drop off the candy. Donations should be received no later than TBA.  10 volunteers will be needed the day of the event (TBA), to help set-up and handout treat bags.

Please click on the link below to sign up to donate items or volunteer the day of the event.

Spirit Wear

Selling school spirit wear is not only a fun way for our cadets and families to show their school pride, it is a great way to raise funds for the programs we support. Volunteers are needed to help with order fulfillment, inventory control and selling items at our events.
