At SMA, I teach three different courses: Pre-IB Inquiry Skills to 9th graders, World History to mostly 10th graders, and IB-HL History of the Americas to 12th graders. My objective as a teacher is to transform the consciousness of my students by offering a safe space to discover and inquire about controversial issues and create new possibilities for themselves, their family, our community and the world.
